New Work 2025

New Work 2025 features ten artists from SAIC, five graduate and five undergraduate, selected by a jury of faculty and curated by Graduate Curatorial Assistants, Callie Elms and Soo Kim. On view throughout the Street-Level Gallery at SAIC Galleries, the exhibition showcases artists’ recent work across photography, painting, sculpture, and site-specific installation. The exhibition explores memory and personal history through the body, movement, and nature. This was the third project I designed while working with the galleries and had complete creative control over (with feedback from the team). This included organizing a local news coverage segment with Fox News Chicago.
